- Diagnosed and resolved a ~30k-CCU production outage on Play In The Box during The First Fan × G-Dragon (p95 38s → 620ms); authored its edge-caching + ECS auto-scaling architecture and an in-region k6/EKS load-testing rig.
- Saramin Vietnam: migrated the admin console to a Vite + antd SPA and built the call-center and job-posting features across backend, admin and job site.
