What I delivered
- Led the admin console's migration from Next.js/Prisma to a Vite + antd SPA calling the backend directly — httpOnly-cookie auth with CSRF, no BFF
- Built the call-center integration: calls synced from the telephony provider, linked to CRM accounts, with call logs, assignment and archive
- Delivered the job-posting lifecycle — add-ons, anonymous postings, signed preview links — and billing packages across all three apps
