Social-growth ecosystem — an SMM order engine plus a 24/7 livestream platform pushing ffmpeg-encoded loops to YouTube.
Headline result
20–25 streams
live per encoder host, with lease-based failover
What I delivered
- A fleet of ffmpeg encoders running 20–25 live streams per host, provisioned over SSH and sized by CPU
- Lease-based failover so a dead encoder does not kill the stream
- Resumable multipart uploads up to 10GB, behind shared Keycloak SSO
Stack
- NestJS
- PostgreSQL
- Redis
- BullMQ
